I'm catching myself when I'm rude to someone, when I'm being self centered while talking with someone, when I dismiss quietly in my heart what they are trying to say or even times when I interrupt while they're talking, when I try to boast, when I just highlighted my trauma when they're sharing theirs. I'm improving a lot. And I can even keep my mouth shut in situations where I don't need to speak at all. God is truly merciful.”
