St Matthew Novena
“My dearest St. Matthew, 🤍 Thank you for these nine days and for becoming a new friend in Heaven. Before this novena, I knew your name and your story, but I had never really prayed to you this way. Now I feel that I know you a little more, and I hope this is only the beginning of our friendship. Thank you for reminding me of the moment Jesus called you: “Follow me.” Your courage to leave what you knew and follow Him has stayed with me. Thank you for bringing my intentions before Jesus. Some answered prayers are too personal to share, but you know, St. Matthew. Between the two of us, you know. 🤍 Please keep teaching me to follow Jesus with trust, to begin again when He calls me to, and to remember that He can make something beautiful out of an ordinary life. I’m grateful to have discovered another friend in Heaven. St. Matthew the Apostle and Evangelist, pray for us. 🕊️🤍”
