I faced so many challenges including incurring significant penalties which kept accumulating on the daily and exceeded my deposit amount. It got to the point where the developer can legally keep deposit and hold me to the penalty whilst rescinding the contract with a notice of default. I had lost hope as I had no further money to complete the purchase, nor any potential buyer and was facing a possible bankruptcy.
