Our Lady of Sorrows Novena
“I decided to consecrate myself to Mary under her title of Our Lady of Sorrows, it has been ny favorite Marian devotion since I often find consolation uniting my sorrows to hers. I of course included the novena in my consecration prep, and on the day of professing my consecration at the OLS bascillica in Chicago, the second I said "Amen" after kneeling at the altar saying the words of consecration, the church bells immediately started ringing and I recieved interior consolation that she has accepted my consecration. That day, I still had not yet received an answer to a prayer of the conversion of a loved one I had been uniting my sorrows to Mary for, but I still trusted her intercession and God's timing with radical confidence. The NEXT DAY the loved one I was praying for (for years!) Texted me and asked me for prayers and is finally seeking God. Glory to God! Totus Tuus!”
